Role Description The Project Manager role at F9 Construction Services Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating estimation activities to ensure timely delivery and adherence to client requirements. This role involves managing communication with stakeholders, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and ensuring that logistics, expediting, and inspection processes are aligned with project goals. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with estimators, logistics teams,



and client representatives to maintain quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards. The position also includes preparing project reports, managing risks, and continuously improving workflows to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Qualifications
• Strong project management skills, including Project Management, planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience in expediting processes, including Expeditor responsibilities and Expediting to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Knowledge of Inspection procedures and quality control practices for construction-related projects.
• Proficiency in Logistics Management, including coordination of resources, materials, and timelines across multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Experience in the construction or estimation industry, with familiarity in global standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site in Gurgaon.
