We are looking for a Senior Client Servicing Executive who can independently manage client relationships, understand their requirements, and ensure smooth execution of projects by coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day client communication and build strong client relationships.
• Understand client briefs and coordinate with internal teams for execution.
• Handle multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of work.
• Work closely with Creative, Strategy, and Influencer teams.
• Manage client feedback, presentations, and campaign updates.
• Take ownership of client requirements and resolve issues proactively.
• Coordinate on project budgets, estimates, and payment follow-ups. Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in an advertising or digital marketing agency.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, branding, and advertising.
• Solid coordination and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects independently.
• A proactive attitude with good problem-solving skills.
