Role Description The Senior Vice President of Corporate Development will lead HPIPL’s growth strategy, focusing on identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida involves overseeing corporate development initiatives, managing end-to-end deal processes, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and value realization. The leader will conduct market and competitor analysis, build business cases, and drive financial modeling to support investment decisions aligned with the company’s long-term objectives.



Daily responsibilities include leading due diligence activities, engaging with external advisors and stakeholders, and presenting strategic recommendations to the executive leadership and board. The role also includes mentoring a corporate development team, establishing best practices, and supporting capital-raising initiatives to strengthen HPIPL’s position in the smart parking and infrastructure sector. Qualifications
• Robust expertise in Corporate Development, including experience with strategic partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Finance and Financial Modeling, with the ability to build robust business cases and valuation models.
• Hands-on experience in Acquisitions and Due Diligence, covering commercial, financial, legal, and operational aspects of transactions.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects and driving integration in a growth-focused organization.
• Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly at executive and board levels.
• Experience in infrastructure, mobility, smart cities, or industrial manufacturing sectors is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, demonstrating collaborative leadership and commitment to HPIPL’s mission and values.
