Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead the Quality function across our manufacturing facilities. The candidate will be responsible for establishing and strengthening quality systems, ensuring product and process quality, driving continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Management Systems
• Establish, implement and continuously improve Quality Management Systems across manufacturing units.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable quality standards.
• Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, work instructions and inspection standards.
• Lead internal audits, external audits and customer quality audits. 2. Manufacturing & Process Quality
• Ensure quality control at all stages – incoming material inspection, in-process inspection and final product inspection.




• Monitor manufacturing processes including sheet metal fabrication, welding, assembly and product balancing.
• Establish process control parameters and ensure adherence to approved specifications.
• Identify process deviations, analyse root causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Reduce rejection, rework, customer complaints and overall cost of poor quality. 3. Customer Quality & Supplier Quality
• Handle customer quality concerns, complaints and corrective action reports.
• Coordinate with key OEM customers for quality audits, inspections and quality-related requirements.
• Drive supplier quality improvement through supplier audits, performance monitoring and corrective actions.
• Ensure effective implementation of 8D, CAPA and root cause analysis methodologies. 4. Continuous Improvement
• Drive initiatives to improve product reliability, process capability and manufacturing quality.
• Implement quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, FMEA, SPC, MSA and Poka-Yoke.
• Establish quality KPIs and regularly monitor performance against defined targets.
• Work closely with Production, Purchase, Engineering and other departments to resolve quality issues. 5. Team Management
• Lead,



mentor and develop the quality assurance team across manufacturing facilities.
• Establish accountability and ownership within the quality department.
• Conduct regular training programmes to improve quality awareness and technical capabilities.
• Develop a strong quality culture throughout the organisation. Desired Candidate Profile
• 8-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in HVAC, automotive, sheet metal fabrication, engineering or industrial manufacturing will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, GD&T; and inspection methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with ISO 9001, customer audits, supplier quality and quality improvement systems.
• Strong knowledge of 7 QC Tools, 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA and root cause analysis.
• Proven ability to lead teams and independently manage quality functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• A proactive leader with a solid focus on systems, discipline and continuous improvement. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
