The Cashier will handle daily billing and payment transactions, process cash, card, and digital payments accurately, and issue receipts while maintaining proper records. This role includes reconciling cash drawers at the end of each shift, tracking daily sales, and reporting discrepancies to the supervisor. The Cashier will provide courteous support to customers, answer basic inquiries about pricing and services,



and coordinate with the finance or sales team for payment-related clarifications. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized checkout area, following company policies and procedures, and supporting basic administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to handle cash and digital transactions reliably.
• Basic knowledge of billing systems, POS terminals, and common digital payment platforms.
• Effective communication and customer service skills, with a professional and respectful approach to all customers and team members.
• Organizational skills to maintain records, manage receipts, and support daily sales reporting.
• Ability to work on-site in Surat on a full time schedule and collaborate with finance and sales teams.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with spreadsheets or simple accounting software.
• Prior experience in a cashier, retail, or customer-facing finance role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in accounting, commerce, or finance is an advantage.
