We are looking for a skilled and motivated Flutter Mobile Application Developer to join our IT team and contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of mobile applications supporting the organisation's digital initiatives. Job Summary The Flutter Mobile Application Developer will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Android and iOS applications using Flutter and Dart. The candidate will work as a part of the IT Department to develop user-friendly, efficient, responsive, and secure mobile applications. Key Roles and Responsibilities 1. Mobile Application Development
• Develop and maintain Android and iOS applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Design responsive, interactive, and user-friendly mobile interfaces.
• Implement new features and enhance existing application functionalities.
• Ensure application compatibility across different devices and screen sizes. 2. Backend and API Integration
• Integrate mobile applications with backend APIs and databases.
• Implement authentication, data retrieval, form submissions, and file uploads.
• Coordinate with backend developers to ensure seamless application functionality. 3. Testing and Debugging
• Identify and resolve application bugs, crashes, and performance issues.




• Conduct functional testing before application releases.
• Ensure application stability, security, and performance. 4. Application Deployment and Maintenance
• Assist in preparing and publishing applications on the Google Play Store.
• Maintain existing applications through updates, improvements, and bug fixes.
• Monitor application performance and address user-reported issues. 5. UI/UX Implementation
• Convert approved designs and requirements into functional Flutter screens.
• Maintain consistent styling, navigation, and user experience.
• Suggest improvements to enhance application usability. 6. Project Coordination and Documentation
• Work closely with other IT Team, web developers, and other team members.
• Provide regular progress updates on assigned development tasks.
• Maintain technical documentation, code comments, and development records.
• Follow assigned project timelines and development standards. 7. IT Support and Additional Responsibilities
• Assist the IT department with application-related technical support.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and implementation of organisational software systems.
• Perform additional IT-related responsibilities as assigned within IT Team. Required Qualifications & Skills




• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in mobile application development.
• Practical knowledge of Flutter and Dart programming.
• Experience with REST API integration.
• Understanding of Android application development.
• Familiarity with Firebase services and push notifications.
• Working knowledge of Git and GitHub version control.
• Understanding of UI/UX implementation principles.
• Knowledge of debugging, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of databases and backend systems. Preferred Skills
• Experience in developing and deploying Flutter-based applications.
• Familiarity with Google Play Store application publishing.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple development tasks and meet deadlines. Expected Deliverables
• Development of functional and tested Flutter application modules.
• Timely completion of assigned development tasks.
• Properly maintained and documented source code.
• Regular bug fixes, application updates, and performance improvements.
• Weekly development progress reports.
