Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Noida. The specialist will promote clinic services, generate new leads, and nurture patient and referral relationships through direct outreach, events, and digital channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining service offerings to prospective clients, managing inquiries, supporting front-desk staff with conversions, and coordinating with physiotherapists to align marketing messages with clinical standards. The role involves planning and executing local campaigns, managing social media content and basic digital marketing activities,



and tracking performance metrics for sales and marketing initiatives. The specialist will also assist in organizing workshops or community events, preparing marketing materials, and providing regular reports to management on pipeline, conversions, and market opportunities. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and referral partners.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive lead generation, manage pipelines, and support conversion and retention goals.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver basic service explanations, patient education sessions, and internal sales or process training as needed.
• Relevant experience in healthcare, wellness, or clinic-based sales and marketing is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic digital marketing tools (social media platforms, CRM or lead-tracking tools, and office productivity software) is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
