The role involves achieving sales targets, ensuring compliance with company policies, and leading a team to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining asset quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive gold loan disbursement targets and revenue growth
• Monitor branch performance and ensure achievement of KPIs
• Ensure proper valuation and safe custody of gold assets
• Supervise loan processing, documentation, and compliance
• Handle delinquency management and ensure timely loan recovery
• Train, guide, and motivate branch staff and sales teams
• Maintain high standards of customer service and relationship management
• Conduct regular audits and ensure adherence to company policies
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence Required
