Role Description The Client Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with premium brand clients. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact, understanding client objectives, and aligning agency services and campaigns with those goals. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with internal creative and performance marketing teams, overseeing project timelines and deliverables, and ensuring clear, consistent communication with clients. The Client Relationship Manager will track campaign performance, prepare reports and presentations, gather feedback, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance value and drive client growth.



This role also includes managing expectations, handling escalations professionally, and contributing to account strategies that support client retention and expansion. Qualifications
• Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or customer success within marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Solid understanding of content marketing, brand storytelling, and performance marketing concepts, with the ability to translate client goals into actionable plans.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a focus on meeting deadlines.
• Comfort working with data and performance reports, including basic analytical skills to interpret results and suggest improvements.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset, with resilience and professionalism in handling client issues or changing requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working with premium or high-value brands and familiarity with the Hyderabad market is an advantage.
