Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir Employment Type: Full-Time Justwalkin Rooms is expanding its destination management operations in Kashmir and looking for a dynamic, target-oriented professional to manage business development, supplier acquisition and ground transportation operations. The candidate will be responsible for building a robust local network of hotels, houseboats, transport operators, activity providers and travel partners while driving B2B sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
• Develop and acquire B2B partnerships with travel agents, tour operators and travel companies across India.
• Generate business for Kashmir holiday packages, hotel bookings, houseboats and curated travel experiences.
• Handle B2B enquiries, prepare quotations and negotiate commercial rates.
• Build relationships with travel partners and corporate clients.
• Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets. 2. Hotel & Vendor Management
• Identify and onboard hotels, resorts, homestays, luxury properties and houseboats across Kashmir.
• Build relationships with property owners, hotel management and reservation teams.
• Negotiate competitive B2B rates and seasonal contracts.
• Develop a strong network of houseboats in Srinagar and accommodation providers in Gulmarg, Pahalgam, Sonamarg and other destinations.
• Collect property details, room categories, meal plans, photographs and updated tariffs.
• Onboard local activity and experience providers.
• Maintain an updated supplier database and contractual rate sheets. 3. Fleet & Transportation Management
• Build a network of local taxi operators and fleet owners across Kashmir.
• Onboard verified transportation vendors and negotiate competitive tariffs.
• Collect vehicle rates for Sedan, SUV, Innova, Tempo Traveller and Urbania.




• Manage vehicle availability and allocation for airport transfers, sightseeing and complete tour packages.
• Coordinate with drivers and transport operators for smooth ground operations.
• Monitor service quality, punctuality and customer feedback. 4. Operations & Reporting
• Maintain daily reports of sales, vendor onboarding and fleet acquisition.
• Track supplier rates, availability and booking confirmations.
• Coordinate with the central reservations and operations team.
• Resolve supplier-related issues and customer escalations.
• Ensure smooth execution of Kashmir holiday packages.
• Regularly identify opportunities to improve supplier pricing and profit margins. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• New B2B travel partner acquisition.
• Daily sales calls and lead follow-ups.
• Hotel and houseboat onboarding.
• Transportation vendor acquisition.
• Competitive tariff collection and negotiations.
• Monthly revenue and booking conversion.
• Supplier relationship management and service quality. Required Qualifications & Skills
• 2–4 years of experience in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality or DMC operations.
• Strong knowledge of Kashmir tourism destinations and hospitality suppliers.
• Established relationships with local hotels, houseboats and transport operators will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills.
• Knowledge of hotel tariffs, vehicle pricing and holiday package costing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business.
• Ability to independently manage business development and ground operations.
