The ideal candidate should have robust experience in managing retail sales operations, dealer/distributor networks, customer relationships, and sales teams. The candidate should possess strong market understanding and proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute retail sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
* Drive sales through dealers, distributors, retail outlets, and other assigned channels.




* Develop new markets, customers, dealers, and channel partners to expand business.
* Manage dealer/channel relationships, order processing, collections, and customer issues.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
* Ensure product availability, timely order fulfilment, and achievement of sales and revenue targets.
* Track sales performance, prepare MIS/reports, and provide regular business updates to management.
* Coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations for smooth sales operations.
* Lead and monitor the sales team to achieve assigned targets and improve productivity.
* Drive customer engagement, market visits, promotional activities, and business development initiatives. Qualification
