Role Description The AI Solution Architect is a full time, hybrid role based in Chennai, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for designing end-to-end AI-driven solutions on CargoClave’s platform, aligning technical architectures with customer business processes and global trade workflows. Day-to-day activities include engaging with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, creating solution blueprints, guiding integration with existing systems, and overseeing software development teams in implementing AI and data-driven capabilities.



The AI Solution Architect collaborates with product, engineering, and operations to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant solutions across document intelligence, shipment visibility, and automation use cases. The role also involves providing technical consulting, documentation, and best practices to support deployments, performance optimization, and continuous improvement. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Solution Architecture, with experience designing scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise or AI-centric systems.
• Candidates should possess Consulting and Business Process skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating operational needs into technical solutions.
• Candidates should possess Software Development and Integration skills, with hands-on experience in APIs, microservices, and connecting heterogeneous systems and data sources.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, data engineering, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly beneficial.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or global trade domains is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaborative working skills, with the ability to operate in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
