Company Description Coffee Mechanics is a farm-to-table coffee company based in Bengaluru, focused on ethically sourced beans and quality roasting. The company operates a cafe and roastery in HBR Layout, creating a direct connection between coffee farmers, roasters, and guests. Team members are encouraged to engage with the entire coffee journey, from bean selection to final brew. Coffee Mechanics values community, sustainability, and a hands-on approach to learning and experimentation in specialty coffee. Role Description This is a full-time, in office Marketing Intern role based at Coffee Mechanics’ cafe and roastery in HBR Layout, Bengaluru. The Marketing Intern will support day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting with social media content creation, capturing photos and short videos, and publishing posts across platforms. The role includes helping with basic campaign planning, supporting promotions for the cafe and roastery, and engaging with guests on-site to understand customer preferences and feedback. The intern will assist with maintaining brand consistency, updating marketing materials, supporting events or pop-ups, and coordinating with the operations team to ensure accurate communication of product offerings.



The role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to food & beverage marketing and the specialty coffee industry. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess foundational marketing skills, such as understanding of social media platforms, basic campaign planning, and interest in brand building.
• Candidates should possess content-related skills, including clear written communication, basic copywriting, and an eye for engaging visual content (photos and short videos).
• Candidates should possess interpersonal and customer-facing skills, such as the ability to interact professionally with guests, gather feedback, and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Candidates should possess organizational and learning skills, including attention to detail, time management, and willingness to learn about farm-to-table coffee and the cafe/roastery operations.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred, along with a strong interest in coffee, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands.
