Customer Support Intern (Pathway to Full-Time Role) — Remote (India) Docked is India's first verified digital logbook for resident doctors and medical specialists. An IIT Bombay startup, incubated at NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore. We're looking for a Customer Support Intern who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and creating excellent user experiences. You'll be one of the first points of contact for doctors using Docked and will work closely with our product and founding teams. ? What you'll own User support — respond to queries from doctors via email, WhatsApp, phone, and in-app channels Issue resolution — troubleshoot problems, follow up with users, and coordinate with the product team to resolve issues Feedback management — collect, organize, and communicate user feedback, feature requests, and bugs User onboarding — help new users get started and ensure they are successful on the platform Knowledge base — contribute to FAQs, help articles, onboarding guides, and support documentation Customer success — proactively help doctors get the maximum value from Docked ? Who can apply Current students and recent graduates from any discipline. No medical background is required. We'll teach you the healthcare context. ?
What you'll need
✅ Excellent written and spoken English ✅ Solid communication and interpersonal skills ✅ A patient, empathetic, and professional approach ✅ Comfort with email, spreadsheets, and online tools ✅ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability ✅ Customer support, helpdesk, or customer-facing experience is a bonus, not a requirement You don't need to meet every requirement.
