Role Description The UI/UX Design Mentor is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for guiding learners and junior designers in developing strong user interface and user experience design skills. This role involves conducting mentoring sessions, workshops, and portfolio reviews; providing constructive feedback on design projects; and helping mentees understand design principles, design systems, and industry best practices. The mentor will collaborate with internal teams to align training content with real-world product and web application design needs, contribute to curriculum development, and create practical exercises and case studies.



Daily responsibilities include reviewing wireframes and prototypes, demonstrating effective use of design tools, supporting learners in user research and usability testing, and ensuring they can apply design thinking to solve business and user problems. The mentor is expected to maintain a professional, inclusive learning environment and stay updated on modern UI/UX trends and tools. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid UI design skills, including proficiency in creating wireframes, visual layouts, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
• Candidates should possess solid UX skills, including user research, persona development, information architecture, user flows, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in design thinking, problem-solving, and interaction design, with a focus on creating intuitive, accessible, and user-centered digital experiences.
• Candidates should possess skills in mentoring, coaching, and communication, including the ability to explain complex design concepts clearly and provide structured, constructive feedback.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with responsive web and mobile design standards, basic understanding of HTML/CSS constraints, and collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in UI/UX design.
