Role Description The Logistics Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Bangalore Urban district, responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations and ensuring timely, cost-effective movement of goods. This role involves planning and coordinating shipments, managing warehouse activities, monitoring inventory levels, and optimizing routes and transportation methods. The Logistics Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, handle procurement-related logistics, and resolve operational issues to maintain service quality. The position also includes tracking performance metrics, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.



The Logistics Manager will lead and guide team members, promote strong customer service practices, and support continuous optimization of the supply chain. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills to oversee end-to-end operations and optimize processes.
• Candidates should possess Inventory Management and Procurement skills to manage stock levels, purchasing, and vendor coordination effectively.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to maintain positive client relationships, address inquiries, and resolve service-related issues.
• Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Candidates should possess leadership and team management abilities, along with clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant experience in logistics or supply chain roles, preferably in a managerial capacity, is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
• Familiarity with logistics software, warehouse management systems, and basic MS Office tools is an advantage.
