Role Description The Civil Engineer will work on-site in Patna on a full-time basis, overseeing day-to-day construction activities and engineering tasks. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs, drawings, and technical specifications for projects; coordinating with site supervisors, contractors, and vendors to ensure work is executed as per design and standards; and monitoring project progress, quality, and safety compliance. The role involves planning and scheduling work, conducting site inspections and measurements, and resolving technical issues that arise during construction. The Civil Engineer will also support stormwater management solutions,



assist with cost estimations and resource planning, and prepare technical reports and documentation for management and clients. Qualifications
• Civil engineering design skills, including experience with Civil Engineering Design and general Civil Engineering principles.
• Ability to work effectively as a Civil Engineer within multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with other Civil Engineers and construction professionals.
• Robust planning and project coordination skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and site activity management.
• Knowledge of stormwater management practices, drainage design, and related infrastructure solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools) and familiarity with construction codes and standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to work on-site in Patna, manage field conditions, and adhere to safety and quality protocols.
• Previous experience in building or infrastructure projects in India is an advantage.
