Role Description The Public Speaking Mentor is a full-time, remote role focused on helping learners build confidence and competency in spoken communication. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and delivering online sessions on public speaking, presentation skills, and effective communication, using interactive and learner-centered methods. The mentor will assess learners’ speaking abilities, provide constructive feedback, and create personalized improvement plans. Additional tasks include developing practice materials, collaborating with the academic team to refine curriculum, tracking learner progress, and maintaining a supportive, inclusive learning environment in virtual classrooms. • Relevant experience in teaching, training, or communication coaching, preferably with school or college-age learners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, English, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage schedules across time zones, and maintain accurate learner records.
• Comfort with using video conferencing platforms, learning management systems, and basic productivity tools.
• Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory educational practices and continuous professional development.
