We create innovative solutions across conversational AI, voice technology, intelligent automation and agentic systems. We are looking for a creative and technically robust UI/UX Engineer who can transform complex ideas into intuitive, engaging and high-performance digital experiences. Role Overview As a UI/UX Engineer, you will take ownership of the complete product design and development lifecycle, from understanding user problems and creating wireframes to building interactive prototypes and shipping production-ready interfaces. You will work directly with the Founder, engineering team and AI specialists to design experiences for modern AI-powered applications, including conversational interfaces, real-time voice systems, AI agents and enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
• Build responsive and production-ready interfaces using React, Next.js, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components and UI standards.
• Design intuitive interfaces for AI-powered products, chatbots, voice assistants and autonomous AI agents.
• Implement animations, transitions and micro-interactions using Framer Motion, Rive or Lottie.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and continuously improve product experiences.
• Ensure accessibility,



responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with backend and AI engineering teams to integrate frontend experiences with APIs and real-time systems.
• Monitor product performance, user engagement and conversion metrics.
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, v0 and Figma AI to accelerate design and development. Required Technical Skills
• Expert-level Figma knowledge.
• Strong HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js.
• Tailwind CSS or equivalent modern styling frameworks.
• Experience building reusable design systems and component libraries.
• Knowledge of Framer Motion, Rive or Lottie.
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards.
• Experience with prototyping and user testing.
• Knowledge of product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude or PostHog.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design and development workflows. Preferred Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products.
• Experience taking at least one product from concept to production.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating real-world projects and measurable outcomes.
• Experience writing production-level React frontend code.
• Experience designing AI, conversational,



voice or agent-based interfaces.
• Knowledge of enterprise dashboards and data-intensive applications.
• Understanding of performance optimization and Core Web Vitals.
