Key Responsibilities
1. Electrical Design (Core Responsibility)
• Lead concept, schematic and detailed design of all electrical systems: HT/LT distribution, transformers, DG sets, LT panels, UPS, busducts, cabling and containment, earthing and lightning protection.
• Perform or validate design calculations: load estimation and demand factors, short-circuit and cable sizing, voltage drop, transformer / DG capacity, earthing, lighting levels and power-factor correction.
• Prepare, review and approve design basis reports, single line diagrams, panel schedules, load schedules, layouts, riser diagrams, lighting designs and technical specifications.
• Design apartment, common-area, basement, club-house, lighting, EV charging, solar PV and backup-power systems, including smart / energy-effective solutions.
• Design external electrical infrastructure for plotted developments: HT/LT underground networks, RMUs, substations,



street lighting and common-area power.
• Review and approve electrical designs and drawings from external consultants; ensure timely, quality deliverables. 2. MEP Coordination & Review (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, ELV)
• Manage and coordinate MEP consultants for HVAC & ventilation, Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm, Plumbing & Drainage, STP/WTP, ELV and Lifts.
• Review concept and detailed designs, drawings, calculations and BOQs of these services for technical adequacy, code compliance and constructability.
• Coordinate power, control and backup requirements of other services: HVAC and ventilation loads, fire pumps and fire-alarm interfaces, water pumps, STP/WTP and lift loads.
• Ensure inter-discipline integration: shaft and riser planning, plant-room layouts, ceiling/service zones and equipment provisions
