We are hiring Entrepreneurs, Researchers, Project Managers to research and design sustainable start-up enterprises that address climate change. The role is based in Kishanganj, Bihar. The role This is an offline, field-based role. You will conduct original research, interviews and data collection. You will take original photographs. No AI tools are to be used at any stage of the research, writing or photography. You will research enterprises such as vegan leather made from pineapple waste. Banana leaf packaging to replace plastic, including banana stem and fibre products. Eco bricks made from plastic waste, crop waste or other local materials. Solar grids, solar repair and solar panel upcycling. Biogas plant repair and community models, including cylinder and community kitchen applications. Mushroom packaging made from crop waste. We want you to add more. You will research seasonality, start-up costs, machinery, space, electricity requirements, market demand,



competition and time to profitability. You will assess climate impact across people, planet and profit. You will interview entrepreneurs, customers and colleagues. You will photograph tools, workspaces, products and processes. You will produce a one-slide overview, a ten-slide pitch deck with photography and business case, a complete business plan and a cash-flow model. All photographs will be yours. Taken in the field. No AI. Remember, no AI. You must Have a background in research and development, business planning or business modelling. Have an MBA or equivalent qualification in business, finance or a related field. Have experience in sustainability, climate change or environmental impact work. Have working knowledge of cash-flow modelling and financial planning. Have experience in design for products, supply chains and enterprises. Be committed to original, field-based research without AI tools. Engineering experience, particularly in solar or biogas systems, is an advantage. We work in the field. We don’t have WFH.
