Key Responsibilities
• *Talent Acquisition:
* Lead recruitment for sales, technical, service, and managerial roles across Chennai dealerships and service centers.
• *OEM Alignment:
* Coordinate OEM-mandated training and certification programs (e.g., Mercedes-Benz, JLR, Porsche).
• *Performance & Talent Management:
* Manage annual PMS cycles, KPI frameworks, employee retention, and succession planning.
• *HR Operations & Compliance:
* Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, employee grievances, and ensure 100% adherence to Tamil Nadu labor laws and statutory regulations.
• *Culture & Engagement:
* Drive employee engagement, recognition programs, and team-building initiatives to foster a high-performance culture. ## Candidate Requirements

Education:
* MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.

Experience:
* 8 – 15 years of HR experience.

Skills:
