Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will engage with prospective clients, understand their property requirements, and present suitable real estate options from the company’s portfolio. Responsibilities include managing leads, conducting site visits, giving property presentations, negotiating terms, and following up to close sales. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, collaborating with internal teams for inventory and pricing updates, and meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.



The Sales Executive is expected to provide a professional customer experience, represent the brand ethically, and contribute to the overall growth of the business. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to engage clients and build long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills to convert leads into successful property sales.
• Candidates should possess basic proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms to manage leads and track performance.
• Candidates should possess customer service and problem-solving skills to handle queries, resolve concerns, and maintain client satisfaction.
• Relevant skills such as fluency in English and Hindi, familiarity with real estate markets, and the ability to work under target-driven conditions are highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; prior experience in real estate or direct sales is an advantage but motivated fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
