Key Responsibilities

• 3–6 years of professional experience building production systems in Rust.
• Expert knowledge of core Rust concepts: ownership/borrowing, lifetimes, traits, and async programming (Tokio or async-std).
• Must have 2+ years of experience with a web framework such as Actix-web, Axum, or Rocket.
• Knowledge of building and consuming REST and gRPC services.
• Experience with WebAssembly (Wasm) is a plus.
• Relational and/or embedded databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite (via Diesel or SQLx).
• Git & Git workflows (GitFlow, trunk-based development).
• Docker and Kubernetes basics.
• CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Creative,



independent, self-motivated, and willing to learn recent technology.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, especially around memory safety and concurrency issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of systems-level design patterns and performance optimization.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum, TDD, and CI tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket, etc.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related engineering field.
