• We are looking for a energetic and experienced Talent Acquisition and HR Operation professional to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring the best talent to meet the organization’s current and future staffing needs
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
• Enhance employer branding and represent the company professionally in all recruitment activities.
• Provide recruitment metrics and reports to management on a regular basis.
