₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives Job Overview MagicIndi is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Medical Coder with robust knowledge of Inpatient DRG (IPDRG) and procedural coding. The ideal candidate should have hands-on coding experience, a good understanding of medical documentation, and the ability to maintain high-quality coding standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Perform accurate inpatient medical coding using IPDRG guidelines.
* Handle procedural coding with a strong understanding of coding principles.
* Review medical records and clinical documentation for accurate code assignment.
* Ensure coding accuracy and maintain quality standards.
* Identify documentation gaps and coding discrepancies.
* Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.




* Communicate effectively with the team regarding coding-related queries and clarifications.
* Stay updated with relevant coding guidelines and industry standards. Required Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of experience in medical coding.
* Strong knowledge of IPDRG coding.
* Hands-on experience in procedural coding.
* CCS (Certified Coding Specialist) certification is required.
* Good understanding of medical terminology and clinical documentation.
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Compensation & Benefits
