Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for Chartered Accountants and Articled Assistants. The role includes preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining books of accounts, and handling day-to-day accounting records. Responsibilities also involve working with accounting software, assisting with audits, tax computations, regulatory filings, and financial analysis. Team members will interact with clients to gather information, clarify queries, and support them with compliance and reporting requirements. and exposure to various areas of finance and accounting. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Accounting and Finance for accurate recording, analysis, and reporting of financial data.
• Candidates should possess skills in Financial Statements, including preparation, review, and interpretation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Accounting Software and Bookkeeping to manage ledgers, postings, reconciliations, and digital records efficiently.
• Relevant qualifications such as CA (qualified or pursuing), or enrollment in an articled training program with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
• Good analytical ability, attention to detail, and robust numerical skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and a professional approach to client service.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, manage deadlines, and handle multiple assignments.
• Familiarity with Indian taxation, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
