Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Patna. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing video content for healthcare campaigns, including cutting footage, arranging sequences, adding transitions, and ensuring smooth storytelling aligned with brand guidelines. Daily tasks include collaborating with the creative and marketing teams, applying color grading, adding basic motion graphics, and integrating text, graphics, and audio elements to produce engaging videos for digital platforms. The role involves adapting content for different formats (social media, ads, explainer videos), managing project files,



and meeting deadlines for multiple concurrent projects. The Video Editor will also contribute creative ideas to improve visual communication and optimize video performance for marketing objectives. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for digital marketing and branded content.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual output.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance videos with visual elements, titles, and simple animations.
• Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) is preferred.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and sound design, with attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work on-site in Patna, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects under deadlines.
• Relevant experience in video editing for marketing, advertising, or digital media; experience in healthcare or agency environments is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communication, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
