Role Description The Head of Digital Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for leading Weboin’s digital marketing strategy and execution. This role oversees planning and implementing integrated digital campaigns across channels, including search, social media, email, and content marketing, to drive brand awareness and lead generation for clients. The Head of Digital Marketing manages a multidisciplinary team, sets performance goals, and ensures campaigns are data-driven, optimized, and aligned with client objectives. Day-to-day tasks include developing digital strategies and media plans, supervising campaign setup and optimization,



reviewing performance reports and web analytics, and presenting insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. The role also involves staying current with industry trends and tools, refining best practices, collaborating with sales and technology teams, and contributing to business development proposals and pitches. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Marketing, with experience leading cross-channel campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Proficiency in Digital Strategy, including planning, budgeting, and executing data-driven digital roadmaps.
• Hands-on expertise in Social Media Marketing across major platforms, with a focus on performance and engagement.
• Demonstrated experience in Lead Generation, including funnel design, conversion optimization, and campaign testing.
• Ability to work with Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, tag managers, dashboards) to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Proven experience in a senior digital marketing leadership role, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment.
• Strong team leadership skills, including mentoring, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced certifications in digital marketing are an advantage.
