Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers/leads.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
• Counsel and guide prospects regarding services and offerings.
• Coordinate with internal teams and manage daily follow-ups.
• Maintain lead records, update databases and track enquiries.
• Support day-to-day coordination and communication activities. Eligibility & Job Details:
