Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Quick Commerce Specialist to manage and grow the company's presence across quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, and similar channels. The candidate will be responsible for marketplace operations, product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory availability, platform performance, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the company's day-to-day operations across quick-commerce platforms.
• Manage product listings, catalogue, pricing, offers, promotions, and product visibility.
• Ensure accurate product information, images, descriptions, pricing, and availability across platforms.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and supply-chain teams to maintain stock availability.
• Coordinate with platform account managers and representatives for operational requirements and business growth.
• Monitor sales, orders, cancellations, fulfilment rates, returns, and stock-outs.
• Identify issues affecting sales, product visibility, and availability and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Analyse platform performance and develop strategies to improve visibility, conversion, sales, and revenue.




• Plan and monitor platform-specific promotions and offers.
• Track competitor pricing, assortment, promotions, and market trends.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
• Monitor key marketplace KPIs and share actionable insights with management.
• Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, warehouse, inventory, finance, and logistics.
• Ensure timely execution of new product launches and catalogue updates.
• Maintain strong relationships with quick-commerce platform teams. Required Experience
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in Quick Commerce, Marketplace Management, E-Commerce, or Account Management.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of quick-commerce operations, inventory planning, catalogue management, and platform performance.
