Team members gain exposure to global trade practices and collaborative work with diverse stakeholders. Role Description The Export Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role is responsible for designing and delivering training programs on export procedures, documentation, compliance, and global trade best practices for employees, clients, and partner organizations. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing training materials and presentations, conducting classroom and workshop-style sessions, and supporting learners through practical case studies and simulations. The Export Trainer will collaborate with operations and trading teams to ensure training content reflects current regulations, market trends, and company processes. The role also involves assessing participant performance, updating training modules based on feedback and regulatory changes,



and contributing to continuous improvement in export efficiency and compliance. Qualifications
• Robust knowledge of export procedures, international trade regulations, documentation, and Incoterms; ability to translate complex concepts into clear training content.
• Experience in training, teaching, or corporate learning and development, preferably in export, logistics, or supply chain domains.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups and adapt teaching styles.
• Analytical and organizational skills for structuring training programs, developing course materials, and tracking learner progress.
• Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent tools for creating presentations, handouts, and digital training resources; familiarity with online learning platforms is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, or a related field; professional certifications in export management or logistics are a plus.
• Prior experience in export operations, commodity trading, or supply chain management is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Kochi, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay updated on evolving export regulations and market trends.
