We’re seeking a passionate Scrum Master to catalyze team excellence and ensure agile discipline across distributed squads. Role & Responsibilities
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming to ensure smooth agile cadence.
• Remove impediments blocking team velocity and coach teams to self-organize and resolve blockers autonomously.
• Protect the team from external distractions and shield committed sprint goals from scope creep.
• Coach Product Owners and teams on agile best practices, story writing, estimation, andDefinition of Done.
• Track and report sprint metrics (velocity,
burndown, cycle time) to drive continuous improvement.
• Promote agile culture across engineering, QA, and product teams—championing retrospectives and Kaizen. Skills & Qualifications
