What You Will Work On You own the solution design for enterprise accounts and take on the complex, non-standard problems. Your designs are reusable, and you make the technical go/no-go call for your accounts. ● Own solution design and architecture on the FarEye platform for one or more enterprise accounts. ● Solve complex,



non-standard problem statements independently and design reusable solutions. ● Design and deliver complex or custom integrations covering APIs, webhooks, authentication, master data, order lifecycle and exception handling. ● Write technical specifications (TSDs) and review the work of Associate SEs and SEs. ● Define the test strategy and sign-off criteria, and make the technical go/no-go call for your accounts. ● Run the implementation PMO with Product and Engineering so your accounts go live on the committed timeline. ● Mentor Associate SEs and SEs on the product and on delivery practices. ● Explain complex technical topics simply to non-technical customer stakeholders. What you will bring ● 4–7 years in software development, implementation consulting, technical consulting or product consulting. ● Strong JavaScript plus at least one other language (Java, Python, Node.js or PHP), and SQL. ● Good understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication, master data, order lifecycle, exception handling and system integrations. ● Hands-on with Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, JSON, XML, SQL databases, Git and basic cloud services. ● Ability to read code, debug technical issues, analyse logs and work effectively with engineering teams. ● Ability to build prototypes, integration utilities, data transformation scripts and API test tools. ● Experience with logistics, supply chain, TMS, WMS, last-mile delivery, routing, dispatch or carrier management platforms. ● Experience with enterprise customers and complex implementation environments.
