Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Solutions Architect to lead the solution design, implementation and integration of our OTM platform supporting 4PL and end-to-end supply chain management operations. The role requires strong expertise in Oracle OTM, transportation management processes and enterprise system integrations, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Solution Architecture: Design and implement scalable Oracle OTM solutions covering transportation planning, execution, freight management and shipment visibility.
• OTM Functional Expertise: Provide architectural guidance across order management, shipment planning, rate management, carrier tendering, freight audit and settlement.
• Systems Integration: Design and oversee integrations between OTM, customer ERP systems, WMS, TMS, middleware platforms and external logistics service providers.
• Implementation & Delivery: Lead solution design, configuration reviews, integration testing, UAT, deployment and go-live activities in coordination with implementation partners.
• 4PL & Control Tower Enablement: Support multimodal transportation orchestration, milestone tracking, exception management and customer-facing visibility solutions.
• Application Governance: Establish architecture standards, data security, configuration governance and performance monitoring.
• Business Collaboration: Work closely with business,



operations and IT teams to translate customer requirements into feasible solutions and support new customer implementations.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation, process standardization and optimization of OTM capabilities. Required Skills & Experience
• 8–12 years of experience in enterprise applications or supply chain technology, including at least 5 years of hands-on Oracle OTM experience.
• Experience in end-to-end Oracle OTM implementations, preferably on OTM Cloud.
• Solid knowledge of OTM modules, including Order Management, Shipment Planning, Rate Management, Execution and Freight Settlement.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, EDI and middleware integrations, preferably Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Good understanding of domestic and international transportation, freight forwarding and 4PL operations.
• Experience working with system integrators, technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong solution design, analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science or Supply Chain Management.
• Exposure to multimodal logistics, 4PL platforms and Control Tower solutions.
• Experience with multi-customer or multi-entity OTM implementations. Key Expectations
