• Hands-on experience in testing payment products, preferably UPI, BBPS, credit card bill payments, and other digital payment journeys.
• Strong understanding of UPI flows, including registration, device binding, UPI ID creation, P2P/P2M payments, transaction status, reversals, and refunds.
• Experience in functional, integration, regression, API, and end-to-end testing, including negative and edge-case scenarios.
• Proficiency in API testing tools such as Postman, SQL queries, and defect management tools like Jira.
• Ability to create test plans, test cases, and test reports; experience in payment reconciliation and transaction failure analysis is a plus.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills, with the ability to coordinate with Product, Engineering, and external banking/TPAP partners.
