Role Description This full time Senior Engineer role at URHRO is a hybrid position based in Kalyan Dombivli, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining technical solutions that support client growth and operational efficiency. Daily activities include analyzing requirements, troubleshooting issues, improving system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery. The role involves providing technical guidance, reviewing code or system designs, documenting engineering best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.



The Senior Engineer will also interact with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs, align solutions, and support a positive experience throughout the engagement lifecycle. Qualifications
