Role Description This is a full time, on-site Marketing Specialist role based in Noida. The Marketing Specialist will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns that promote DECO-ROOTS home décor and gifting products across online and offline channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer and competitor data, coordinating promotional activities, and assisting in the creation of marketing collateral and digital content. The role involves collaborating with sales and customer service teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals, maintaining brand consistency, and tracking campaign performance to provide actionable insights. The Marketing Specialist will also participate in merchandising ideas for promotions and contribute to building brand visibility in target markets. Qualifications
