The firm is recognized as a trusted solution and service provider within the engineering sector. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fresher role based in Rajkot. The Fresher will support engineering design and product development activities under the guidance of senior engineers, assisting with CAD modeling, design documentation, and basic simulation-related tasks. Daily responsibilities may include preparing technical drawings, organizing project data, and helping analyze design requirements and manufacturing constraints. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to contribute to casting and forging solutions, product rendering preparation, and quality improvement initiatives. The Fresher will also be expected to learn internal tools and processes,



follow established standards, and participate in continuous skill development. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess a basic understanding of engineering fundamentals, preferably in mechanical or production engineering, along with familiarity with design and manufacturing concepts.
• Candidates should possess foundational CAD and 3D modeling skills (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, or similar) and an interest in engineering design and product development.
• Candidates should possess an eagerness to learn casting and forging simulation tools, methoding principles, and defect analysis techniques.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in technical work.
• Candidates should possess effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Candidates should possess good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet project timelines.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, or related field) is preferred; internships or academic projects in design/manufacturing will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Rajkot and commit to continuous learning and professional development is required.
