Full Stack Technical Lead ?

7–10+ Years ? Tech Stack: Angular | NestJS | Node.js | PostgreSQL | MongoDB | Claude Code Utterwise Technologies is looking for a hands-on Full Stack Technical Lead to join our engineering team. We are looking for someone who can work directly with customers, understand business requirements, design technical solutions, actively contribute to development, and lead a team of full-stack engineers.

Key Responsibilities
• Interact with customers and understand business requirements.
• Convert requirements into technical designs and development plans.
• Define application architecture and technical solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers.
• Actively contribute to frontend and backend development.
• Design APIs, database schemas, and integrations.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality.
• Own technical delivery and engineering execution. Technical Requirements
• Robust experience in Angular, Node.js, and NestJS.
• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of TypeScript, REST APIs,



and system architecture.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience deploying and hosting applications on AWS.
• Good understanding of AWS services, application infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and production deployments.
• Understanding of application security, performance, and scalability. AI-Assisted Development
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex
• Ability to use AI for coding, debugging, refactoring, testing, and code reviews.
• Strong understanding of validating AI-generated code and maintaining engineering quality.
