Budget, Procurement Management & Financial Discipline (15%) ● Maintain tight budget governance: track approved budgets, committed spend, actuals, and forecast variances across all events. ● Automate and drive smooth payment workflows to guarantee on-time disbursements for organizers and vendors. ● Manage end-to-end procurement workflows with Legal and Finance (vendor onboarding, NDAs, SOWs, PO generation). ● Maintain an organized audit trail of all contracts, POs, invoices, and payment receipts. 5. Lead Management,

SDR Follow-Up & Event ROI Tracking (10%) ● Manage lead capture, ensure badge scan data hygiene, and enforce rapid lead upload into HubSpot CRM. ● Drive post-event accountability: coordinate prompt handoffs to SDRs, monitor follow-up cadences, and verify CRM data accuracy (sales/SDRs retain ownership of deal progression). ● Track and report monthly event impact: Cost per qualified meeting (CPQM), target-account engagement, event-influenced MQLs/SQLs, and pipeline velocity. ● Lead structured post-event debriefs and consolidate commercial feedback into actionable ROI summary decks. Candidate Profile & Requirements ●

Experience:
6–7+ years in B2B marketing, including 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on B2B event management across global conferences, sponsorships, and agencies (preferably in IT/BPS, tech, or professional services). ● Execution Rigor & Process Building: Proven track record of owning full operational delivery and designing reusable workflows, templates, and dashboard systems. ● Commercial Alignment: Robust understanding of enterprise sales cycles; experienced in partnering with SDRs and commercial teams on target-account vetting and pre-scheduled meetings. ● Tools & Systems: Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot CRM and database/spreadsheet tools for lead and pipeline tracking. ● Financial Discipline: Practical experience managing corporate procurement, SOW/PO lifecycles, and budget variance reporting. ● Communication & Mobility: Clear executive communication across senior internal stakeholders and international partners (US/EU time zones).
