We specialize in affiliate marketing and performance campaigns across multiple verticals, including Pay-Per-Call, CPL, VSL funnels, and E-commerce offers. We are expanding our affiliate media buying team and looking for experienced professionals who can independently manage, optimize, and scale high-budget campaigns. The RoleAs an Affiliate Media Buyer, you will be responsible for managing live affiliate campaigns, handling significant advertising budgets, identifying winning strategies, and driving profitable results.

Key Responsibilities
• Launch, manage, optimize, and scale affiliate campaigns across Meta, NewsBreak, TikTok, and Bigo.
• Manage advertising budgets of $10K+ per day while maintaining campaign profitability.
• Run campaigns across Pay-Per-Call, CPL, VSL, and E-commerce offers.
• Monitor key performance metrics, including EPC, CPL, ROI, CPA, and payouts.
• Test and optimize creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign angles.
• Identify winning campaigns and scale them while controlling acquisition costs.
• Monitor offer caps, conversion rates, and payout structures.
• Coordinate with affiliate networks and advertisers regarding campaign performance and offer optimization.

• Minimum 1–2+ years of hands-on affiliate media buying experience.
• Must have personally managed live affiliate/CPA campaigns with real advertising budgets.
• Must have experience independently managing and scaling campaigns. 2. Advertising Budget
• Must have managed at least $10,000 in daily ad spend.
• Must be able to demonstrate previous campaign performance and scaling experience. 3. Advertising Platforms Hands-on experience with at least one of the following:
• Meta Ads
• NewsBreak Ads
• TikTok Ads
• Bigo Ads 4. Affiliate Marketing Experience Direct experience in at least one of the following:
• Pay-Per-Call (PPCall)
• CPL (Cost Per Lead)
• VSL Funnels
• E-commerce Affiliate Offers 5. Industry / Vertical Experience Experience in any of the following verticals is preferred:
• ACA / Health Insurance
• Medicare
• Auto Insurance
• Home Insurance 6. Additional Requirements
• Previous experience working with an affiliate marketing company, CPA network, or as an independent affiliate.
• Strong understanding of affiliate metrics, including EPC, CPL, ROI, CPA, payouts, and offer caps.
• Experience with RedTrack, Voluum, or similar tracking platforms is a strong advantage. 7. Work Location & Schedule

Compensation Competitive base salary based on experience and proven performance, along with performance-based incentives. Compensation will be discussed during the interview.
