About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales / Business Development Executive to help expand our client base and build long-term business relationships. This is a freelance, remote prospect offering a fixed monthly retainer fee along with performance-based commissions.

What You'll Do
• Identify and engage potential clients through lead generation and outreach.
• Build and manage a robust B2B sales pipeline.
• Convert qualified leads into long-term clients.
• Conduct basic market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service. Compensation
• Fixed monthly retainer fee plus performance-based commission.
• Commission ranging from 10% to 30%, depending on deal size and performance.
• No cap on earnings,



with higher closures offering greater earning potential. Who Should Apply?
• 3 to 6 years of experience in business development, or sales.
• Experience in lead generation, client outreach, and closing deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, freelance setup.
• Experience in selling online courses, educational products, learning solutions, or SaaS offerings is highly preferred. Candidates with a background in edtech, online learning, or subscription-based sales are encouraged to apply.
• Exposure to legal, consulting, or professional services is a plus.
