S.-based businesses streamline their operations and grow efficiently. Position Overview We are hiring a Business Development Executive – Accounting Services to identify potential clients, generate business opportunities, and promote our accounting and professional services to the U.
S. market. The ideal candidate should understand basic accounting and commerce concepts and have a genuine interest in sales, client acquisition, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities among U.
S.-based businesses.
• Promote accounting, bookkeeping, financial support, and other professional services.
• Conduct outbound calls, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and follow-ups.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business solutions.
• Present service offerings, communicate value propositions, and convert prospects into clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
• Coordinate with internal accounting and operations teams for client onboarding.
• Maintain lead records, client interactions, and sales pipelines using CRM tools.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives. Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.
Com), Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA in Finance, Accounting, or Marketing is an added advantage.
• 3 months to 1.5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Accounting Services, or Client Relationship Management.




• Freshers with a strong commerce/accounting background and excellent communication skills may apply.
• Basic understanding of accounting, bookkeeping, financial statements, and business operations.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in communicating with international clients, particularly U.
S.-based businesses.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and client-handling abilities.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.
• Passion for sales, business development, and achieving targets.
• Willingness to work night shifts according to U.
S. business hours. Compensation and Benefits

Salary:
Up to ₹25,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.

• Current Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:30 AM (IST).
