? We’re hiring at Diya Greencity Learning & Development Manager – Facility Management Can you turn operational knowledge into practical training and clear processes that teams can use every day? Diya Greencity is looking for an experienced L&D; professional to train our Facility Management Executives and build a structured knowledge base that improves service delivery, accountability, and resident experience. What you’ll do:
• Identify learning gaps and design onboarding, refresher training, and on-the-job coaching for Facility Management Executives.
• Build an accessible knowledge base covering standard operating procedures, checklists, FAQs, escalation guidelines, and real operational scenarios.
• Train teams in resident communication, complaint resolution, vendor coordination, maintenance follow-ups, and service standards.
• Work with management and operational experts to capture practical knowledge and turn it into clear, actionable guidance.
• Help teams understand how processes connect, identify bottlenecks, and align daily decisions with service priorities.
• Create role-play exercises, assessments, and supervisor coaching guides to reinforce learning.




• Establish clear ownership and regular reviews to keep the knowledge base accurate and useful.
• Measure results through employee readiness, process adherence, resolution times, repeat complaints, and resident feedback. What we’re looking for:
• Strong experience in Learning & Development, operational training, and knowledge management.
• Proven ability to create practical training materials and process documentation.
• Confident facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for frontline teams.
• A systems-thinking approach to solving operational problems.
• Experience in facility management, property management, hospitality, or similar service operations would be an advantage. Success in this role means: confident executives, consistent service delivery, and a knowledge base that teams actively use to resolve issues and improve performance.
