This role will provide hands-on exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities for recent employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and internal initiatives.
• Support HR operations, documentation,



and administrative tasks.
• Help ensure a smooth and positive candidate and employee experience. Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable interacting with candidates and employees.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Workspace is preferred. What You'll Gain
