- Perform arc welding, die maintenance, MIG/TIG welding, and robotic welding tasks in the press shop to ensure effective production.
- Conduct quality control checks on welds to meet industry standards and company specifications.
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment and processes to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.

Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role within the auto components industry.
- Proficiency in arc welding (MMA), die maintenance, MIG/TIG welding techniques.
- Strong understanding of tools used in press shops and ability to operate them effectively.
