Work on Material Master, BOM, Work Centers, and Routings. Configure Production Versions and Production Planning parameters. Experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning). Handle Planned Orders and Production Orders. Configure Order Types, Scheduling, and Capacity Planning. Manage production order creation, release, confirmation, and settlement. Work on repetitive manufacturing and discrete manufacturing processes. Support shop-floor production execution. Resolve production planning and execution issues. 2. SAP Quality Management (QM) Configure SAP QM functionalities. Work on Inspection Plans, Inspection Characteristics, and Sampling Procedures. Configure Inspection Types and Inspection Lots. Experience with Incoming, In-process, and Final Inspection. Work on Quality Notifications and Defect Recording. Configure Usage Decisions (UD). Experience with Quality Certificates. Work on Quality Info Records and Vendor Quality Management. Handle batch-related quality inspections. Support Quality Management processes integrated with procurement and production. 3.



Integration Knowledge Integration between SAP PP and QM. Integration with SAP MM for procurement and inventory management. Integration with SAP SD for sales and delivery processes. Integration with SAP CO for production costing and order settlement. Knowledge of batch management and inventory management. Understanding of production planning and quality inspection processes. 4. Implementation & Support Participate in requirement gathering and business process discussions. Prepare Functional Specifications and Configuration Documents. Perform configuration and unit testing. Support SIT and UAT activities. Handle production support tickets and issue resolution. Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements and developments. Prepare test scripts and user documentation. Provide end-user training and support. Participate in implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects. Required Technical Skills SAP PP Configuration SAP QM Configuration MRP and Production Planning BOM, Routing, and Work Centers Production Orders and Confirmations Inspection Plans and Inspection Lots Quality Notifications and Usage Decisions Batch Management PP-QM Integration MM and CO Integration Functional Specifications and Testing Skills48 years of overall SAP experience. Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM modules. Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation or multiple support projects. Good understanding of manufacturing business processes.
