- Freshers: ₹24,000 CTC per month + incentives
- Experienced: ₹30,000 CTC per month + incentives
- Incentives up to ₹25,000 per month

We are hiring Sales Executives for a hospitality sales process in Gurugram. If you have a passion for sales and strong communication skills, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with customers and prospects to understand their needs and present suitable hospitality offerings
- Achieve sales targets and earn performance-based incentives
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Deliver a professional, customer-first experience on every interaction *(Please adjust these to match your client’s actual process.)

- Prior knowledge of, or exposure to, sales




- Excellent spoken and written English (C1 level)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Freshers with a sales aptitude are welcome to apply Compensation & Advantages
- Fixed CTC plus incentives of up to ₹25,000
- Approximate in-hand

salary:
₹19,674 (freshers) / ₹25,674 (experienced)
- One-side cab facility (available during odd hours, subject to non-hiring zones) Work Schedule
- 5 working days per week with 2 rotational week-offs
- 9-hour shift including a 1-hour break
