Job Description
Minerva Group of Institutions is looking for a creative and skilled Fine Arts Faculty member specializing in Applied Arts and Painting to join our academic team. The candidate should have strong artistic knowledge and the ability to teach theoretical and practical art subjects while guiding students in developing their creative skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Applied Arts, Painting, Drawing and Sketching.
- Conduct practical sessions in different painting techniques.
- Teach colour theory, composition and perspective.
- Guide students in creative projects and artwork development.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments and practical assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records.
- Mentor students for exhibitions, competitions and art projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fine Arts (BFA/MFA).
- Specialization in Applied Arts and/or Painting.
- Strong knowledge of drawing, painting and artistic techniques.
- Previous teaching experience preferred.
- A portfolio of artwork is desirable. Required Skills
